Homestitch provides customized fashion design, tailoring, stitching, alteration, and doorstep consultation services.

2. Appointments & Consultations

• Appointments are scheduled based on designer availability.
• Clients are requested to provide accurate address and contact details.
• Consultation timings may occasionally change due to traffic, weather, or operational delays.
• Homestitch reserves the right to reschedule appointments when necessary.

3. Measurements & Fittings

• Measurements are taken during the consultation process.
• Clients are requested to review measurements carefully during trial sessions.
• Minor fitting variations may occur due to fabric behavior and handcrafted tailoring processes.

4. Fabric Responsibility

• If the client provides fabric, Homestitch is not responsible for fabric shrinkage, color bleeding, or damage due to weak material quality.
• Additional fabric may be required depending on the selected design.

5. Design Customization

• Inspiration images are used only as references.
• Final output may vary slightly depending on fabric quality, embroidery, design feasibility, and handwork techniques.

6. Pricing

• Prices are discussed before order confirmation.
• Additional customization requests after approval may result in extra charges.
• Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.

7. Delivery Timeline

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary during festive or wedding seasons.
• Delays caused by fabric sourcing or design modifications are not considered operational liability.

8. Trials & Alterations

• Trial sessions are included based on the selected package.
• Minor alterations are complimentary within 10 days of delivery.
• Major design changes after stitching begins may incur additional charges.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Consultation booking charges are non-refundable.
• Orders canceled after production begins are not eligible for refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, images, designs, and branding belong exclusively to Homestitch and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Homestitch shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Delayed deliveries caused by unforeseen circumstances
• Fabric defects provided by clients
