Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultation Charges

Consultation and designer visit charges are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.

Customized Orders

As all products are custom-made:

• Orders cannot be fully refunded after production has started.
• Refunds are not applicable for change of mind after design approval.

Cancellation Before Production

Orders canceled before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund after the deduction of consultation and design charges.

Alteration Support

Homestitch provides alteration support for fitting-related issues reported within 10 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in cases involving:

• Incorrect measurements approved by the client
• Fabric issues from client-provided material
• Delays caused by client unavailability
• Minor color variations due to lighting or fabric dye lots

Exceptional Cases

Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
